GTC Wavier/Agreement

1. Bicycling can be dangerous. I participate at my own risk. I am responsible for what happens to myself while taking part with the Gwinnett Touring Club (GTC).
2. I understand that bicycle helmets may prevent some serious injuries and that all riders ought to wear one while participating in club bicycle rides. 3. I have read this agreement and I understand its terms. I am agreeing to this waiver freely, and I understand that my agreement constitutes an unconditional release of ANY liability of the GTC, its directors, its members, its participants, or its associates. This applies to me, my relatives, and anyone who represents me. |
